|Recommended: YesI love how close it is to campus and how social it can be. — There is always something going on whether it is put on by liberty square or the residents there is always something to do. You are close to campus which makes it nice to get to class. You are also close to stores and restaurants.

|Recommended: YesOkay. — Our apartment wasn't cleaned before move-in. But it's is nice--the price is just inflated.

|Recommended: NoOver Priced — Liberty Square is unnaturally overpriced. Because of the Honor Code's requirement for single students to live in BYU approved housing it makes the Demand unnaturally high. If it were not for the for this, I would not live here. The social atmosphere is good, but management is difficult. The whole of BYU approved housing really isn't quality places. if you are looking for something low cost you will be living in a trashy place. Liberty square is priced high and is above the average in the apartment quality, but still not great.

We're sad you've had a less than positive experience with us:( Our prices are very comparable to other complexes in the area. Then when you consider all of the amenities we have that many complexes don't have, we feel our prices are very fair.

|Recommended: YesIt was extremely dirty when I moved in. Management was not helpful in cleaning and we even had to scrub mold off the walls ourselves. — The social aspects are great, but management is not very helpful. Be prepared to scrub top to bottom before moving in.

|Recommended: YesLiberty Square is Nice — AT first sight, Liberty Square has a lot to offer with apartments, the pool and hottub, inside and outside basketball courts, etc. Once you begin diving a little deeper, you will notice small details making it not live up to the expectation as much. Apartments seem to have more problems than expected from previous tenants. Parking is a nightmare, so if you do not get a parking pass for above or below ground parking, DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR. Overall, I'd give LS a 3.5 5.

|Recommended: YesNice apartment with lots of opportunities to be social — The apartment is nice and was pretty clean when I got here. There were a few things that the previous tenets put in for maintenance requests that weren't fixed when I got here. The apartment is furnished with nice furniture and has pretty decent amount of storage space available. There are lots of social events that go on that allow you to get to know other residents. As well as a pool, basketball court, indoor court and clubhouse that is available to residents.
