|Recommended: YesI love it here — Liberty is social, clean, and a comfortable place to live Ward is great and I love the storage and privacy available to me. Amenities are classy and well furnished.
|Recommended: YesFun and social place — Although liberty square is definitely an older facility, the kitchen is up to date as well as then living room and overall vibe inside. The best part is definitely how social and welcoming it is. But try your best to get a parking pass or at least get on the waitlist because parking is a pain
|Recommended: YesPretty good living — I appreciate all the amenities and the location because it makes life a lot easier. My roommates are amazing. When I moved in the apartment was not clean as Liberty Square said it would be. There was an animal living in the room prior to my moving in, and it was apparent. We had to do a deep clean. No reconciliation was made for the unexpected inconvenience. Sometimes I debate whether the rent is worth it, but generally speaking I would say it is a rather satisfying place to live.

|Recommended: YesEmergency Maintenance — Liberty Square is very quick to respond to maintenance orders and especially to after hours emergency maintenance calls. We had an emergency and it was fully taken care of within the hour. Jarrett was very kind and helpful we are very grateful to him. He went above and beyond our expected service. Please give him a raise.

|Recommended: YesIt’s social but they have a lot of work — It’s a great environment and great people but 1 there should be enough spots available for their residents 2 more than 1 in and out entrance 3 renters insurance should be optional I’ve never heard of this. 4 zero verbals comments to new residents when they very first move in about parking. They need to be clear but college students can’t just throw out 80 bucks for just not knowing the rules in Provo. Also 5 fhe carpets in the hallways are DISGUSTING

What did you mean by more than one entrance in and out?
Renter's Insurance is explained in the lease and you are able to opt out of it:) All the information you need to do that is on the last page of the lease.
Parking is explained in the lease, welcome packet, and the signs around the parking. With hundreds of residents that move in every year, we aren't able to verbally highlight the major tenets of the lease to everyone. That is why we created the welcome packet and encourage you to read it upon moving in:)
Have you submitted a work order for the carpet? Our maintenance staff would be happy to take a look at it, and if needed send in carpet cleaners!
