|Recommended: YesIt is a good property, it needs more parking spaces — I enjoy living here because of the social aspect, the people are very nice. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the apartments and the furniture that was included. I enjoy the outdoor activities such as the swimming pool and the basketball court. It is very hard to park though without a parking pass. Even when you do have a parking pass it is VERY expensive, other apartment complexes are not like that

|Recommended: YesI love it it is very social — i love it my ward is super fun and there are always people out in the courtyard hanging out, which is a ton of fun super nice amenities, which is a huge bonus.

|Recommended: YesApartments great Property staff patience testing — The community is great, lots of great areas to meet and hang out with. The housing itself is nice as well. However every interaction I have so far had with the staff here has ended up with me doing all the work, as they have continually given me incorrect information. Teach the staff what they are supposed to do and how to do it and my experience here will improve greatly.

|Recommended: YesSo much nicer than any other complex I've lived in in Provo. Rooms are big, kitchens are nice, cozy living room set up, perfect for college — Super fun, super social, management takes good care of residents

|Recommended: YesIts cool but ac is dumb and space is small — I like it alot but theres a few things I wish were different overall the people were fun and I like the layout.
|Recommended: NoFun party place, alright place to live. — It’s fun to see other people, but the apartments aren’t the cleanest or best kept or spacious, but you can make do.

|Recommended: NoFilthy Apartments — I moved in on Thursday expecting a clean empty apartment to move into and I was met with floors that left my socks black, cabinets that smelled like cat urine, footprints in the tub, broken blinds, a magot on the floor, kitchen cabinets with grime on all of them, and food splatters on the walls. I was disgusted. When we tried to get cleaners to come, they were unavailable until the next week.

We're sorry to hear your move-in experience was less than stellar. Were the cleaners able to come to your apartment? We do our best to keep the apartments clean by sending cleaners to each apartment. But unfortunately the apartments can get incredibly dirty in a short amount of time when people are living in the apartments:(
This is very valuable feedback and we will seek to improve how we do cleaning in the future!

|Recommended: YesModern and Friendly — I like it, it has everything that you would need and it looks nice. The bathroom is a little iffy but other than that I'd recommend it over other places.
