submitted by Brian L. - |Recommended: NoWalls are thin, AC doesn't work in rooms, parking sucks — The title says major grievances, rent is honestly a bit too high for what you get. There are twinkies at the front office pro , the gym is laughable hope you like to do nothing but run treadmills . Other than that, it has a pool very good pro and the rooms are big enough. If you're cruising on daddy's money for your first semester, stay here. If you're working for your own money, I'd advise somewhere cheaper.

We feel like we've invested a lot into the fitness center and have a variety of equipment including free weights, a cable machine, a smith machine, a rower, and battle ropes just to name some. Is there additional equipment you would like to see? We look forward to hearing back from you.
submitted by Jacob G. - |Recommended: NoPretty Good — Its a nice place to live but its honestly a really expensive place once you add up utilities, fees, parking, and an insurance policy that is basically impossible to bypass. For me I think if I am paying 450 a month I shouldn't have to pay another 20-30 dollars just to park That is ridiculous. Ground squeaks in the apartment, can hear people yelling in the pool late at night usually, carpet is old and nasty. My apartment doesn't even have an A C just a swamp cooler. Crazy. The amenities are nice and updated but the apartments could definitely use some more updating and the parking situation needs to be resolved

submitted by Madison T. - |Recommended: YesGreat place to live — This is a pretty nice place to live and the location is super convenient if you go to BYU. They have events going on pretty often which gives you chances to meet new people.

submitted by Connor K. - |Recommended: NoOverpriced, feels like a house not a home — It's just ok, we definitely overpay for what we're given. The apartment is outdated, dark, and empty. Not comfortable, the village is about 50-75 more a month and offers much more than Liberty. Also, the bathrooms are not equal in function or amenities, one is much more superior to the other.

If your having issues with you bathrooms, make sure you submit a work order:) Our maintenance staff is awesome and we're confident they'll be able to help you!

submitted by Justin G. - |Recommended: YesIt's a very social place with a great location — Very social place with a nice location right next to campus. Because of it being so social it can be hard to focus on studies at times due to the noise level of some apartments. It's very difficult to find parking unless you have a parking pass, which can be pretty expensive.

If you give us some more info we'd be happy to step in:) Parking can be a HUGE pain in Provo. If you aren't already, make sure you are on our parking waitlist. We'll let you know when an above-ground spot opens up since that is the cheaper of the two options!
