|Recommended: YesIt was alright. I wanted more social stuff, but covid. — I think you pay the high rent because theres supposed to be a lot of social activities. The apartment is sort of average, so if you aren't getting any of those social events which I didnt because of covid , its overpriced and just fine. Had lots of broken cabinets and stuff when I moved in. I saw plenty of other apartment complexes that were nicer for a cheaper price. That said, the location is great. It's really close to BYU campus which is a huge selling point. I'd rate my experience a 5 10, but with social things coming back, I'm sure it could be higher. I almost feel like the rent should have been lowered or something because none of that was available.

|Recommended: YesAverage — I like the people and ward, but staff is not great. Maintenance said they fixed issues that weren't really fixed.

|Recommended: YesAverage — very social but the apartment always needs lots of repairs and the air conditioning does not reach the bedrooms so it gets SUPER hot.

|Recommended: YesGood — It’s a very social place which can be good and bad. Not very many events going on but that’s also due to Covid-19. Good area if you want to be around LDS people. Overall not a bad place, just has its ups and downs.

|Recommended: NoOverpriced, overhyped, and just not worth it. — I would say that if you don’t mind paying too much for a shared room with poor quality furnishings appliances, then this is the place for you. If these things make you sad, don’t worry… at least you have a hot tub that is closed the whole winter when you want it. But hey, you got an indoor gym to make up for it all.

|Recommended: YesNice Apartment — I think Liberty Square is a bit expensive and the cost increases significantly every year. The air conditioning is pretty much nonexistent and it is embarrassing having people over since it's so hot but otherwise my apartment was nice.

Thanks for taking the time to submit a review! It's very typical of apartments to increase their prices every, it's not a occurrence unique to Liberty Square. Out maintenance staff has recently found a new way to clean the AC units that has really enhanced their performance. If you haven't submitted a work order recently, make sure you do so!
