|Recommended: YesGood but not great — Fun place to live Super social. Rooms were not designed with the intention of having two beds and two desks so room configuration is awkward but works. Can always hear people above us. There's only air conditioning in the main room so that was advertised poorly. In the summer it's super hard to get the back bedrooms to cool down.
response from property -Hey Clarissa,
Thank you so much for taking time to give us your feedback. We're happy to hear you are enjoying the social life here at Liberty Square!
If you ever have any maintenance requests, be sure to submit them and our team will come help out. They often have great tips and tricks as well :)
|Recommended: YesParking on the Street, more attention to detail — You need to get on the waitlist for parking at Liberty Square early. If you don't, then you will be parking on the street. this often will force you to park a block or two away.
We got our dishwasher swapped out for a new one, yet it was not set in properly. So maybe they just need more attention to detail.
Hey Cameron,
Thank you for the review. This is very helpful feedback! Was our maintenance team about to adjust your new dishwasher? :)
|Recommended: YesAwesome place to live — This was my first semester living in Provo. I love living at Liberty Square The residents are very social and everything so far has been great The only thing that was kind of a let down was the parking.

|Recommended: YesFun but a little underwhelming with covid — Fun but a little underwhelming with covid. Maybe after covid the social environment resumes. Work orders are quick and house is pretty okay. It is older, but should work as stated.
Hey John!

Be sure to come to the Polar Plunge on Friday @9PM!
|Recommended: YesFar better than average, highly sought-after, quality, old — The apartments are very good People are friendly and the staff is helpful. The amenities are fantastic. This place is really good as far as college housing, especially for it's proximity to BYU. The social life is amazing. The only down sides are that it's slightly more expensive than your average BYU housing which is expected since it's honestly all around better than most places and the parking is extremely limited. Otherwise I love it here.
Wow! Thanks so much Ethan for taking the time to review us! We really appreciate you :)
We couldn't agree more, our residents are the ones that make this place so awesome. Thanks for choosing Liberty!
|Recommended: YesThe Best Socially, Not the Best Overall — I moved to Liberty Square in hopes of making new friends and living in a very social apartment complex and in that regard, Liberty Square has not disappointed. There are always people out and about doing stuff, it's pretty easy to meet new people and make friends while living here. However, there are plenty of other nicer places to live that are less expensive. Liberty Square's apartments are heavily used, to put it politely. The white walls are starting to yellow from years of use, the bathrooms for the most part are pretty unattractive due to chipping in the tub, and repeated attempts to repair different aspects of the bathroom. Overall the floors are in good condition, the Kitchen is in good condition, and is pretty spacious. The two biggest downsides to living at liberty square are 1. The bedroom size and 2. Parking. I live in a 4-person apartment and our room is tiny. The 6-person apartments have much larger bedrooms for no apparent reason, which makes me feel a little cheated for how much more I am paying per month to live in a 4-person apartment. As for parking, their whole waitlist parking system is absolutely terrible. You will sit on that waitlist for 6 months- 1 year before you actually get a parking spot As for street parking, forget about it, it is always full, and while you may be fortunate enough to get a parking spot on the street, your friend's certainly won't, which will further deter them from wanting to visit you. So, if you're going to live at liberty square, make sure that you're living with your friends, you're fine being in tight rooms with them, and can get over some pretty destroyed bathrooms.
Hey Nathan!
Thank you so much for taking the time to review us. We really appreciate your feedback! You have been so thorough :)
We wish we had more parking for all of our residents! The waitlist begins when we open up leasing January the year before, so it definitely can get lengthy, we're glad you finally got one!
If you ever have any maintenance requests, be sure to submit them and our maintenance team will come and see what they can do to fix it.
Thanks again for your feedback, we love having you here at Liberty Square!
|Recommended: YesGreat place to live — Very social environment, great for meeting people Management is very helpful and kind. Most apartments are in great condition too, although there are a few things that could be fixed up cleaned in some. Overall I would definitely recommend

|Recommended: NoPaying for baseless reputation and proximity to campus. — Do not live here. No matter how fun and social you have heard Liberty is, it isn't. Not only that but it's truly so ghetto. No air conditioning in the summer and no control over the heat in the winter. I live in a 3 bedroom, 6 person apartment that was clearly built for 3 private bedrooms Madison . We have 4 dining table chairs and can barely fit 5 on the couches. Almost no natural light so you feel like you're in a basement despite being three floors up. You also don't have any control over the floor plan you get, your roommates, or your apartment, you just get what you get and can't get upset. Rooms are smaller than the BYU freshmen dorms. The A C unit was shoved into the window and patched with poster board so there's a gaping hole in our window and constant draft. There are exposed wires, bare light bulbs without fixtures, absolutely no cabinet space for food, and constant noise from people yelling in the courtyard for no reason. Seriously do not pay to live here, it's terrible.
Hey Sydney!
Thank you so much for taking the time to review us! We're sad to hear of your frustrations. We do provide A/C units for each apartment, and if you are ever having trouble with the heat we can be sure to have our maintenance team come over and fix it for you :)
You pick your floorplan when you apply for Liberty Square. We have a lot of different floorplans, so if you want to have fewer roommates next year, be sure to select a different floorplan for your renewal. You also put your roommate requests and any additional requests in your application and we will do our best to work that out for you. We want to make sure everyone has a great experience here at Liberty Square.
If you have any additional maintenance requests, please be sure to submit them online and our team will come and fix them ASAP. We're here to help :)

|Recommended: YesI think liberty square is amazing I love the community and staff. — I would tell them to live here because its so fun except during covid and lots of fun people here
We love our residents! Thanks so much Caitlyn for taking the time to review us!
|Recommended: YesI loved the people at liberty square but for the price I didn’t love it. We had so many issues with the apartment. Black mold when I first moved in and we got sick while it was getting fixed along. The community was great though. — It was very social and great for meeting new people but it’s expensive and kind of run down.
Hey Faith,
Thank you so much for the review! We loved having you here at Liberty Square. We wish you the best moving forward :)
|Recommended: YesGood, little pricey, comfy — Their covid restrictions suck but they have to do it. It is important to get to know new people in college and it is pretty hard to do that at liberty square during covid.
Other than that it is a good place to live.
Hey Logan,
We couldn't agree more. We miss our big parties too! We're so glad that we have such awesome residents to still put in effort to meet each other! We'll get to our epic parties soon, until then, we're so glad to have you here!
|Recommended: YesGood first year for apartment living — Rooms are small, parking is terrible but overall good
Thanks so much for taking the time to give us your feedback Kaitlyn! We wish we had all the space in the world for parking. But we're glad we have such awesome residents here to make it worth it.
Thanks again, we love having you here.
