|Recommended: YesConvenient location and overall nice apartment. — Location is the best part. Amenities are nice but COVID restrictions made it hard to enjoy them all. The price is a little high for what you get especially in the Spring and Summer, never got a parking pass which was very inconvenient. Good place though and I had no serious problems ever

We wished we had more parking spots! We know that parking is really tough in Provo.
We were bummed that state mandates forced us to close our amenities but we're happy that they're all open now!
|Recommended: NoOverrated and overpriced — Too many people crammed into a lousy apartment paying too much, and they are increasing rent which is ridiculous. It is not as social as it once was. There is ALWAYS parking available yet they don't give out parking passes. I could hear my downstairs and upstairs neighbors loud and clear. Amenities were closed for basically no reason but they blamed COVID.

Thank you for taking the time to write a review! Unfortunately the way the housing market goes housing prices go up every year. This isn't a unique attribute of Liberty Square.
We really wish we could do activities like we used to! We've tried to host socially distant activities but unfortunately weren't able to keep people distant enough. We're still trying to do things for you through our several giveaways. Fortunately with things opening up again, we're hoping to start activities up again this summer!
We've offered all of our parking passes so people are paying for each spot. Unfortunately we can't control if people use their passes or not :/
Have you felt that your roommates have caused excessive sound? If so we're happy to reach out to them.
We don't feel that our temporary amenity closer was for no reason. We were following state regulations and as soon as we were able, we opened them back up!

|Recommended: YesIt's pretty good, — It's a pretty fun place to live with cool people. Only thing that's rough is the parking and the laundry not being in the unit. It's overall clean, new, and fun with tons of ammenities.

|Recommended: YesToo Expensive for what it is — I'm glad I lived here, but the rent is too expensive for the quality of apartments. Lots and lots of issues with heat and water throughout the entire complex.

|Recommended: NoIt has been in need of repairs since I got here — I can't say what the social scene is like this year because of covid. But the price of rent combined with always failing cleaning checks no matter how well we clean is ridiculous

|Recommended: NoNo parking, kinda gross, but good maintenance. — There is absolutely no parking and it is very dangerous to park on the street because everybody drives past. I have only lived here a few months but have seen 3 major accidents outside my window alone. The walls are a little thin, but not bad. The grounds look good on the outside but the hallways between buildings are absolutely disgusting. I have gross food, spilled, broken door hinges, random things laying on the floor and it just needs a good cleaning. The maintenance staff has been good though, and has always fixed our apts problems very timely. I really only feel like the good thing about this place is that it is so social. The rent is WAY to high for what you are getting and I feel like im getting scammed.
