|Recommended: YesGood social environment Lots of maintenance issues. — If you want to have a fun time where you are living I would recommend living here. If you are looking for great living conditions at a good price I would highly recommend looking somewhere else.

|Recommended: YesPretty Nice Place to Live — There is a struggle to find parking and our TV has been broken for months but other than that it's a nice place to live. Really close to campus and the Hut.

Nathan! Thank you for taking the time to leave a review! Unfortunately, parking can get trick no matter where you are in Provo. :(. Make sure that you get on our parking waitlist so you can get a spot!
|Recommended: NoIt's student housing. — Liberty square is a decent apartment complex, generally filled with good people. It's just too expensive for what it is. Sure it has amenities, but that doesn't make up for somewhat run down living spaces.

|Recommended: YesPretty nice place. Great roommates. Property staff not so much. — The apartments are decent, but the social life and proximity to BYU campus is a really big draw. The service that I've gotten in terms of dealing with rent and stuff hasn't been great, though.

|Recommended: YesThe Madison 6 layout is a little small, but if you have clean roommates its not too bad. the 4 person layouts are awesome — Awesome wards, really friendly people and chill atmosphere
|Recommended: YesSocial, friendly, good amenities, but no parking — There's always something going on here and it's a very social and open place. The amenities are nice and the rooms are spacious, but walls are thin and parking can be difficult I usually have to park 2-4 blocks away . One perk is being so close to campus It's a quick walk. The pros outweigh the cons for me.
|Recommended: YesIt has been pretty good... — It is a good place to live but in all honesty, I feel it is too expensive. Parking should definitely not cost 360 per year. The kitchen and bathrooms aren’t in bad condition but somewhat old. Those are my only complaints
|Recommended: YesIts a super nice complex to live in. — I would tell them that if they are looking for a very social complex and want to make a lot of friends, they should definitely live here. There is always something happening. You will also have pretty good roommates. I moved in and didn't know anyone in the apartment beforehand, but they are all awesome.
