|Recommended: YesGood — I am happy with the services, but the A C doesn't work real well.
|Recommended: YesGreat Community — If you know people here from before, it's so much fun living here. I don't know about those that didn't know people before but I'm sure you'll find friends quickly if you talk to everyone you can. This complex is full of amazingly nice people
|Recommended: YesLiberty square review — The maintenance is absolutely amazing You send a maintence request and they are there first thing the next day I’ve never had things get resolved so quickly Parking is a nightmare but other than that it’s an amazing place to live
|Recommended: YesGood people but kinda falling apart — I loved living here but if you live in Madison, it’s a small space and no ac in the summer might kill you. Everyone here is super nice though
response from property -Hey Kaitlyn!
Typically if you turn on the AC, shut the window, and turn on the ceiling fans you can keep the apartment nice and fresh! If you still have problems with it our maintenance team is happy to help!
|Recommended: YesI love the community here — I would tell them that the social aspect is the best part It is super easy to make new friends, everyone is so nice
|Recommended: YesI love living at Liberty Square — I really do love living here- I am mostly paying for the social experience. The apartment is super tiny, but it is a really fun atmosphere.
|Recommended: YesIt's a good place — While it's a little expensive for many students, there are definitely good people living in and around Liberty Square. Those who work at the office are kind and will work with you, and it's two blocks south of BYU which is nice and close if you don't happen to have a car. Overall I really enjoyed my time living at Liberty Square.
|Recommended: YesI wish I had cleaner roommates — It was a fun place to live but the management did not do anything or did not have authority to do anything about my filthy roommates. My apartment was way too cluttered and it was not pleasant to stay there. Other than that Paul Bradshaw was always very helpful and did his best to make my experience at liberty square enjoyable. Also five guys and one bathroom sucks especially if they always pee on the toilet seat.
Hey Ethan!
We agree Paul is awesome! We do our best to keep apartments clean via cleaning checks while preserving our residents' autonomy. If there was something more we could've done we're happy to receive feedback! We sure do appreciate you leaving a review!
|Recommended: YesI love it — It's a lot of fun, and the activities here are great.
|Recommended: YesNice apartment and great atmosphere. — Nice and social apartments, it's a great place to live. You will definity make at least a few friends here, and there is always something going on and something to do. Can be a little on the expensive side but the apartments are nice and you get what you pay for.
|Recommended: YesGreat property with a good location and friendly neighbors. — I really don't have much to complain about with my Liberty Square apartment. Things work well and the maintenance staff is super responsive. The community is very sociable, which can be a bit annoying later in the evening, but things are generally quiet at night. It's within walking distance of campus and a block away from the UVX bus stop so location is impeccable.
|Recommended: YesI really like living in Liberty Square — It’s really nice, people are always kind and the place is awesome
|Recommended: YesA Sophomore Starter Pack — Living at liberty is great for sophomores having just returned from a mission and those who want something akin to the dorm experience. It's close to campus and has everything you need. Rooms and upkeep are about what you'd expect for provo.
|Recommended: YesLOVE IT — Highly recommend Liberty Square to anyone that's looking for a fun college experience. Very social. People here are super cool, and you have everything you need here and everything else closeby.
|Recommended: YesWell maintained, ultra social, and modern. — Living at Lib is a super social experience with mostly outgoing individuals. They do a great job of making your experience a happy one especially if you follow them on IG and participate in their drawings. Go to the office for snacks when COVID settles down and it'll be worth it
