|Recommended: YesGood, although nothing amazing — I would say overall I'm satisfied with the conditions here. As I mentioned in the review title, it's certainly not the nicest place in the world, but as a college apartment I'm very satisfied with it.

|Recommended: YesGood place to live and great place to socialize — its a good property all in all but most of the things in the apartments are getting old and need replacing. the bathrooms are pretty old and the carpeting could use replacing but the price is good all in all.
|Recommended: YesDecent — Overall, my experience has been fine. The amenities are nice and the staff is somewhat easy to work with. I think you could find other housing cheaper, but the social life is something you buy here too.

Lots of hidden fees that they wont tell you about up front but I feel like that is typical of apartment complexes. Parking passes are expensive but if you dont have one it sucks trying to find parking
