|Recommended: YesIt's nice, social, and overall a pretty good place to live. — It's a good place to live. They do a good job of keeping residents updated on events and new information. The only problem I have had is it's not really possible to get out of your contract if you are having problems. But other than that I have enjoyed living here.

|Recommended: YesSo Fun and Social — It is so fun and way social. You will always make a new friend and probably be invited to hang out the same night. Parking is hit or miss, but worse case scenario you have to walk a couple blocks. The renovated apartments were SO nice

It needs rennovation BAD and the price continues to go up without any changes. It went from 15 dollars one time payment underground parking to 30 dollars monthly Outrageous. And what exactly is a communication fee How can the environment not change at all but slowly you pay more and more

Thanks so much for taking the time to give us feedback, we really appreciate it. The communication fee covers your cable and internet. The pricing adjusts due to the market and renovations across the property :) Updating amenities, new paint, carpet, flooring, and new lighting in the parking garage have been a few of our updates in the past year. We're always working on improving, so if you think of anything, as always don't hesitate to let us know!
|Recommended: YesNice place but a little overpriced — The apartments are nice, and if there are any problems inside the apartments, maintenance is always really on top of it. But parking passes are super expensive, especially since there is a decent amount of parking on nearby neighborhood streets. The walls are super thin, it sounds like your upstairs neighbors are always stomping on the ground or jumping off their beds. And you can hear everything from outside, the landscapers, the garbage truck, its all super loud. Especially in the morning when you are trying to sleep. The bathrooms and the vanity area is pretty small for 6 people. The beds in the room are super tall and you have to use a chair to get up on them. Overall its nice but its not worth it if you plan to live here for a long time.

Apartment is a little broken. — I would say it's very social and the people here are fun, however if you find yourself in one of the un-renovated apartments there are holes in the walls and other things that make it lower quality. But it still works as an apartment.
